Céline Leroy, chercheuse au laboratoire AMAP nous explique ses travaux de recherche dans cette série de portraits "Rencontre avec...". Dans ce premier épisode d'une série qui va à la rencontre des chercheurs, Céline Leroy revient sur deux projets actuellement menés en Guyane Française. - Le projet HOLOBROM est le prologue du projet CEBA ENDOSHIFT : Succession écologique des endophytes bactériens et fongiques au cours du développement végétal. - Le projet RESILIENCE est financé par l'ANR et est le prologue du projet CEBA INTERACTIF : Interactive effects of deforestation and climate change on neotropical freshwater ecological networks and ecosystem multifunctionality Découvrez avec la chercheuse le microbiote des plantes et leur résilience face aux sécheresses.

Les chercheurs du projet scientifique PHENOBS se sont rendus en pleine forêt amazonienne afin d'en "scanner" une parcelle.
Financé pour trois années, le projet PHENOBS est un projet collaboratif de trois laboratoires principaux: l'AMAP à Montpellier, EcoFoG à Kourou et le LEEISA à Cayenne.
En octobre 2020, les scientifiques se sont rendus sur le site de la tour à flux Guyaflux à Paracou en Guyane Française. De là, ils ont déployé un scanner lidar, commandé par drone.
