The scientific committee defines the lab strategy and scientific policy in the local, national and international institutional context. It helps to guide budgetary resources and the planning of research actions and recruitment. It is made up of the Management Team and the Heads of the Research structures (Axes and Pôles). The Scientific Committee can be extended to all the leaders of research topics (Themes) and scientific platforms or invite any relevant person depending on the points to be discussed.
The administrative committee defines the functioning and organisation of the lab with a view to improving research support services. It brings together the Management Team and managers and representatives of the support services. People in charge of cross-cutting activities (Prevention Assistant, Quality Referent, logistics, etc.) and other support service staff may be invited to participate depending on the points to be discussed.
The Technical Committee defines the organization and operation of the laboratory's technical and experimental support activities. It brings together the Management Team, members of the Pôle d'appui Technique et Expérimental (POLTEX) and representatives of the unit's research themes.
The Lab Council has an advisory role to the Management Team, regarding the major strategic orientations of the research activities, organisational and operational aspects of the Lab daily life. It meets at least Scient times a year. It is composed of the Management Team (ex-officio members), 9 members elected by colleges representing the various staff categories, members appointed by the Director and permanent non-voting guests.
