POLADCOM : Administration and Communication
Presentation
Le POLADCOM, animated by the Unit Administrator, is organized into two services:
Its main missions are to manage the budget, personnel and travel. It reports to the UMR management and works in close collaboration with the regional centers of the 5 supervisory bodies.
The team
- HEAD: Héloïse CAMBON (IRD)
- Jynn BOUZIANE (INRAE) for INRAE trusteeship management
- Marie-Laure DE GUILLEN (CNRS) for management of the CNRS and UM trusts
- Nathalie HODEBERT (CIRAD) in charge of transversal missions
- Valérie ROINEL (IRD) for management of IRD trusteeship
- Caroline ZABARINO (CIRAD) for CIRAD trusteeship management
Its main missions are :
- Design and implement software tools, web sites and portals, to enhance the visibility of the UMR's activities and facilitate the unit's day-to-day management,
- Promote the UMR's scientific output and disseminate scientific culture,
- Collect, preserve and disseminate the knowledge acquired by the unit's staff,
- Assist researchers, trainees and students in their specific searches for documentary information,
- Manage the unit's IT resources,
- Organize and manage the UMR's internal and external communications.
