AMAP strives to make its research data public whenever possible, in the form of thematic portals for the general public and decision-makers on the one hand, and in the form of data archives to meet reproducibility of results published in scientific papers on the other hand.
Niamoto Niamoto is a data portal on the forests of New Caledonia, resulting from a collaboration between AMAP lab, the New Caledonian Agronomic Institute (IAC) and the services in charge of the environment in the Northern Province of New Caledonia. This portal provides access to information on trees, tree stands and forests of New Caledonia, gathered durong 10 years of research carried out within the framework of this collaboration. It is aimed at non-specialists, decision-makers, environmental managers or the general public, and is regularly updated as new knowledge is acquired on these original and highly diversified island environments.
WIKTROP is a data portal on crop weeds in tropical and Mediterranean regions. It provides access to information on species, their distribution, possible uses and methods to control their proliferation. It is accompanied by an identification tool based on a sketch(WIKWIO).
Pl@ntUse is a data portal on useful plants. It is a collaborative wiki-type space, synthesising information on useful plants and their uses, whether they are food, medicinal or other.
