Recovery of forests and biodiversity in tropical landscapes

Here I will present the results of the ERC-funded PANTROP project, which aims to understand and predict the resilience of tropical forests to human-driven disturbance. We compare the first five years of succession on abandoned agricultural fields, in dry and wet tropical forests on three continents.
